About Sharon

I began my painting journey starting with watercolors at the MFA in Boston. I had always wanted to draw and use colors, but never found the time to actually study. The group was warm and welcoming. But they never told me that I had chosen the hardest medium.

I went on to study oil painting and drawing with various teachers, and the watercolors stayed in the closet until the corona pandemic when I found myself once again experimenting with the medium finding a great course online with Ale Casanova from Valencia Spain.

I have been fortunate to have had wonderful teachers over the years, especially with Pnina Frank and Sigal Tsubari who are wonderful teachers and accomplished artists.

For the past decade I have had a studio in Jerusalem and I welcome you to come and visit to see my latest works.

Besorot Tovot,

Sharon
